Purpose of the Course:

The purpose of this course is to help employees of the BuddyCentral Group and Riverport integrate effectively in the workplace.

An integrated employee will have a grasp and understanding of:

1. HR policies and procedures and payroll arrangements
2. Health and safety regulations and arrangements
3. The various focus groups, teams and roles within the organisation
4. Who to report to and basic information regarding his or her new team members
5. The training requirements relevant to the company as a whole, the relevant department and industry-related requirements.
