Purpose of the Course:
The purpose of this course is to help employees of the BuddyCentral Group and Riverport integrate effectively in the workplace.
An integrated employee will have a grasp and understanding of:
- HR policies and procedures and payroll arrangements
- Health and safety regulations and arrangements
- The various focus groups, teams and roles within the organisation
- Who to report to and basic information regarding his or her new team members
- The training requirements relevant to the company as a whole, the relevant department and industry-related requirements.
