1. Click on "Log In" top right
   
   
2. Scroll down to the "Is this your first time here?" section
   
   
3. Click "Create new account
   
   
4. Complete the form, following the instructions provided
   
5. Click "Create my new account"
   
   
6. Click "Continue" at the next screen
   
   
7. Open your email client and navigate to the confirmation email that was sent.  Click the confirmation link in the email to activate your account
   
8. You will be re-directed to a confirmation page. Click "Continue" to be directed to your dashboard
